    DevienneF/O71: restructure to avoid setting bookOutputName
    
    As per #985, the bookOutputName tag is problematic, because it has precedence over '-a4' or '-letter' suffixes.
    
    This restructures it so parts are separate .ly files, including the relevant music from a common.ly.
